If you go out there any time and sit in an unmarked car, you can see a black gentleman walk out to the car and deliver something in his hands in exchange for money. They have no shame nor do they try to hide it. We are not allowed visitors into our own home in fear of them witnessing the drug deals that happen so regularly out of this house. They do it right in front of you. We’ve reported this so many times and nothing happens. Your usually comment on these threads is to call the non emergency number. That’s been done and still nothing. Just two days ago there was a red Mercedes that was left stolen and abandoned as well. The house is being sold in auction October 2018. The notices that you keep sending to the Harpers no longer live there. They abandoned that home many years ado. The lady’s name is Nicole Napoli, her children. Please make this stop. Our kids can’t ride their bikes, we can’t drive down the alley without witnessing shady behavior. I know the list is probably long of stories just like these but we are so ready for this to stop. The entire block on both sides has had enough.

SPPD does not care about homeowners. Its all about the rights of the illegitimate few that cause us as homeowners problems. They will come and write the report when you are robbed, but they won't be there to prevent you from being robbed. If you are a senior citizen that complains they make you out to be senile and often end up threatening you with arrest if you keep calling them out. Its all about the poor leadership beginning with the mayor and working its way down.

So disappointing in a town that is our town, not the panhandlers or the criminals.
