The tree at 10 Park St is a big, mature Sycamore. The natural habit of sycamores is to shed bark periodically, some years in greater quantities than others. Sycamores around the City and throughout New England are shedding, or "exfoliating" bark, sometimes causing concern to residents. However, exfoliating bark is actually a feature that is considered decorative as trunks and limbs reveal inner layers of smooth, olive green to tan to white inner layers.
The sycamore at 10 Park St does have low limbs, and will be added to the pruning list. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your detailed and prompt reply! Good to know the tree is in good health.
I don't suppose anything can be done about the sidewalk root heave there? (I know sidewalks are not your purview). The house at 10 Park Street has been vacant for over a year (foreclosed) and has loose garbage in the yard and overgrown shrubs as well. Of course no shoveling in winter. Is there an actual code enforcement officer who can help with these issues? I've reported it to SeeClickFix a number of times. We walk by here multiple times daily with our dogs and the house now seems like a health hazard.
