Oh yeah....major cat population. The people feeding them were taken to court. They won because they claim to have spayed/neutered some of the cats (with their own money). I know several people that are disgusted with the cats peeing and laying all over their property. We have 2 dogs so we dont have a problem. I remember my friend found a litter of beautiful kittens in her basement window area....they were all sick and taken away by the animal control. Sad......
