Description

Very loud party/concert going on at/around this location. This has been going on for hours, since at least 6 pm. It is so loud, I can hear the music from my house across the street and a few blocks away. The base is so loud my house is shaking, water in a glass is shaking.

The police non-emergency number has been called a few times and this is still going on at 10:52 PM. Whatever happened to the noise ordinance and breach of peace?

This is a quality of life issue and the property owner needs to be fined-this is not the first time there has been an issue with total disregard of the noise ordinance and the rest of the neighborhood.
