Remove one 14” dead maple - within 90 days. Once the tree is removed it will be added to the stump removal and tree repalcement list.

It is fine with no tree. However if you want to plant something other than a maple tree that would be okay.

The str3has been marked for a replacement tree. Will a tree other than a maple be planted?

The tree was not replaced. There is only a white stripe on the street indicating where the tree was not replaced. Please plant other than a maple tree. Thanks

The crew may have been confused since there have been several trees replaced on Valley Mede Court.

We are good with no tree replacement. It's OK to close the report.

Dear Anonymous,

The County is governed by the State through a permit process to control the taking and replanting of trees in HOCO. We will have to add this to the replacement list. Thank you for your understanding.

i would agree with homeowner and not replace tree due to such a small planting area - this issue is now closed
