Yes.... days ago. No one is questioning that it has been reported by multiple people to muliple agencies... the question is why am I still being woken up at 4:30-5am by a rooster and what is being done about it?

Ok.... well, I would advise you to go ahead and change the programming of your computer app here so as to not allow a non-city user to re-open things... or, you know, you could go ahead and fix the problem OR just NOTE ON THIS THING that SOMETHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT THE CODE VIOLATION, ie, the rooster, which IS NOT an Animal Control problem. The NOISE IS, but the CODE VIOLATION IS YOUR ISSUE, Not KC Animal Control..Meanwhile, don't tell me what to do...I"m a god d**mn taxpayer not a subordinate employee of yours and I'm tired as I'm not getting much sleep... because, you know, there is a f***king rooster crowing at 5am.

As stated this is a code enforcement case for the number of small animals, the rooster and the fence. This was reported by King County Animal Control to our Code Enforcement office.
