Description
206 S. Strong Drive is in the alleyway behind Clay Fultz insurance if you have trouble finding the place. The neighbors dog, (responds to Jesse) is very aggressive, runs after people as they're walking down the alley and tries to bite them, he even runs after cars. Another neighbor has a dog in a fence and this dog, Jesse, is constantly barking at that dog through the fence, usually at night when others are trying to sleep and the owner of Jesse doesn't say or do anything at all to stop this behavior, he doesn't seem to care when the dog runs after people and tries to bite them, he doesn't pull the dog back, he just sits on a chair outside of his place and watches. I've included a photo of the dog, it's the closest i could get without the owner seeing me take a photo and without the dog becoming aggressive. I think animal control picked up the dog before, but I'm not sure how the owner was able to get it back, and there's a stray dog around here that the owners been feeding too, it's a white dog with brown spots.

This is Animal Protection Officer Stacy Gruber,
I Have been out to 206 B S. Strong. I spoke to the home owner. I have tried calling you and left you a message at the phone number you listed.
For the barking dog all night complaint we need you to come in and pick up our noise compliant form and fill it out very time the dog is barking. That would be proof for court. Recordings of the barking dog with the noise complaint form would be the best evidence in court.
As for the white and brown dog we are working with the Home owner of 206 B S. Strong to set a trap for the white and brown dog. We do not set traps over the weekend. Only Monday thur Friday.
If you have any questions I can be reached at 505-726-1453 8 am - 400 pm M-F.
En-route to location.
