Description

RESIDENT IS REQUESTING FOR THE THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG THE ENTIRE AREA OF PENN AVENUE, ROOSEVELT AVENUE AND MUTUAL AVENUE TO BE CUT ALONG THE ENTIRE ROAD AND ON BOTH SIDES. ALSO TRIM THE OVERHANGING LIMBS AND CUT AROUND THE STOP SIGNS.
