Large tree in the 1100 block of 90th Ave has a large broken branch
that is hanging dangerously low to the sidewalk. I have been a
witness to dry lightning strikes to this tree; once barely missing
a mother pushing child in a stroller.

also hanging low and appear to be broken..why didn't they do maintenance on those others while
they were on site as a preventative measure and also avoid a second trip. Please review photo
that was sent.
