Description

Problems with flooding at 4801 Roundhill Rd. Due to curve of the road improper run off drains on Roundhill Rd, downhill towards Worthington Way. Problem caused from two main drainage issues:
1. Water in curb area between 4801 and the driveway of 4805 Roundhill Rd runs up over curve and into the yard of 4801. This causes flooding of front lawn and water to run into garage and house as the rain water tries to run downhill towards creek. This is now happening very frequently.
2. Further up the hill - at the corner of Roundhill and Rollingtop Rd - the storm drains are improperly placed. The drain is "around the corner" of the intersection of either road. Unfortunately, due to the slope of the hills, the water does not follow the curb "around the corner" and continues to flow downhill from Rollingtop Rd, across Roundhill Rd in large sheets of water to the curb of Roundhill Rd down to 4801, adding to the flooding.
This flooding has now become a nuisance with even minor rain storms. Photos attached. Please inspect and help our neighborhood!
