Description

The lights for Hollenbeck automatically turn on the walk signal for a full 40 seconds even when no cars OR pedestrians are present. This means that cars stopped at Fremont could have to wait up to 80 seconds (because the two lights on Hollenbeck are not synchronized) before a green light appears. It used to be a much faster and efficient light.
