I would like to request removal of a tree from the public right-of-way in front of my house at 270 Ridgewood Ave, Hamden.
The tree is very large, has signs of significant decay and/or disease, and has recently shed several very large dead limbs onto the sidewalk where my children play. If the tree falls, targets include people, my house, vehicles and/or power lines.
I am certain that the tree meets all of the qualifications for removal. I would very much appreciate that you come and inspect the tree as soon as possible. I have removed all of the dead limbs that I can reach with a pole saw but there are many large dead limbs waiting to fall.

3) dead limb, 4-5" diam. Several this size have fallen recently.
4) fungus growing on dead limbs
5) bark falling off trunk, chalky beige underneath.
