This is very wrong. You continue to closse out tickets WITHOUT any actual work being done. There is no accountability or follow-up. The County approved the wire installation by BGE under the Building Code. The area is to be restored to Howard County Standards and this damage and fall hazzard has been like this for MONTHS!
