This is very wrong. You continue to closse out tickets WITHOUT any actual work being done. There is no accountability or follow-up. The County approved the wire installation by BGE under the Building Code. The area is to be restored to Howard County Standards and it has been abandoned for MONTHS. This is a SCAM. Who is in charge of this? I would like a supervisor to contact me at 410-707-8797
DON't Closse this item UNTIL Howard County controls the Contractors on HOWARD COUNTY Streets. We have small children in this neighborhood and very close to Mayfield Middle School. GET A CONSIENCE AND PROTECT THE CITIZENS WHO PAY THE TAXES

This was assigned to Hwys and is not a Hwys issue. We are on flex time and today was our first day back since last Thursday. I'm sure Paul will be in contact. Just checked your issue out today.

This is on Mayfiels Avenue, the Department of Highways has a Maintenance Facility on MAYFIELD and people drive by these damages on a DAILY basis. BGE is notorious for unreliability of SERVICE. This utility is a bully and obviously thinks they dicttate the time frame or desire to restore their damages when they want. This is a DISGRACE. It this was in Paul K,s backyard I am certain that it would be level and covered up with SOD and not seed. I have reported, called, reported again. The areas between the Mayfiels Ave and the Roadway (there are 3 locations) have not been repaired and the asphalt that was placed between the sidawalk and the roadway is TRASH and needs to be removed and dirt installed

BG&E contractor did not make the repairs to Howard County Standards. BG&E Had abandoned and unconnected cables along Mayfield still. What a mess? BG&E walks alll over Howard County. The Howard County Maintenance facility is also on Mayfield and thosse people drive by the cables on a daily basis. How could this issue be ignored for so long. Howarc County has lost control over that utility. Disgrace. Drain the swamp at the Hoard County Maintenance facility. Only rats there assisting BG&E and ignore this issue

This is a disgrace. Who can this be escalated to to repair? Can someone call me at 410-707-8797 and explain what the issue is that this can't be fixed??

The issue remains. The concrete has been repaired but the surrounding area and abandoned cable has never been picked up. He has ignord telephone calls. Please escalate to a supervisor. Is he compensated BGE? It seems like he works for them.

BGE has hung the abandoned wire on the pole. Looks like crap but at least finally off of our HOA grass and the resident nearby has stopped complaining to the Board. Thank you.

When will BGE restore damaged area along the sidewalks? The area requires additional dirt and new grass seed,
