The trash gets picked up on Tuesdays, the day you stated there was no trash out. However, when I saw it later that day there was trash out on the curb. This morning a skunk was rummaging through the trash and now a diaper is laying on the sidewalk.

Just drove by (Friday, 8/10/2018, 4:48 PM) and THEY HAVE PLACED SEVERAL TRASH BAGS ON THE CURB AGAIN with other stuff piled on top...4 days before our trash day. Junk in yard, junk on porch and more people than I think are allowed in a small section 8 apartment.

Once again, you checked on a Tuesday, which is when the trash gets picked up. The issue with these tenants is that they are putting their trash out front on a regular basis WAY before allowed...usually starting on Thursdays or Fridays...adding bags to the pile. Bags get ripped open, trash blows on street & into neighboring yards. Attracting skunks, mice and other critters. Please check during the week, not on Tuesday trash days. Thank you.

Thank you...maybe the owner talked to the tenants because this is the first time in months trash was not piled up on the curb several days before collection day.
