Description

Continuous dumping in alley and misuse of garbage can and recycling containers that prevent law-abiding residents from properly disposing of garbage and recyclables. This is also a health hazard as recycling containers are filled with food from neighbors and never picked up because neighbors misuse recycling containers. I can not use my blue recycling container because neighbors throw their trash in it.
