Ford van in parking lot with expired tag, but appears to be operable, and one of the workers stated that they rarely use it. Notice of violation was mailed to University of Tots, LLC at this address on 8/15/18, Second notice of violation was sent on 8/31/18 setting a deadline of removal for 9/10/18.

Any news on this? Vehicle has not moved

Being investigated by City of Hoover Magistrate.

Van still on property along with an abandoned inoperable old Mercedes. Looks like a notice was placed on the van some time ago.

The Director of The University of Tots had reported that she would have the vehicle removed by the first of the year, but it is still there. Inspector is returning today to
discuss actions with owner.

Van is still on property. Was inspector able to speak with owner about removal of van? Old sedan was recently removed.
