Can’t put a barrel out there because people will fill it with their household trash. Only thing they can do is check outside once in awhile. Put up a sign asking customers not to litter. (Then they will litter more!). You can’t win. Not the stores fault if people do that. Every store that sells lottery has the same problem no matter where you go.
