Description

Winwmere Drive has just been resurfaced but there is a hole where the 2nd layer of asphalt did not adhere on the NE corner of Windemere and Fairmount Drive. It's only about 8" in diameter but it is going to tun into a real pothole in the first winter if the contratcor doesn't come back and fix it.
