Description

Homeless encampment with hostile aggressive people. Is a bicycle chop shop... so in plain English this is open air criminal behavior.

I saw that a neighbor entered this and 311 erroneously called it a duplicate and closed the case. It is NOT a duplicate and San Francisco PD needs to step up and stop this lawlessness. The community standard does not permit these behaviors so please enforce the laws and improve public safety.
