Description

A significant amount of light from newly installed lights on the McDonalds parking lot is escaping the property and creating light pollution on the adjacent properties. Lights need to be adjusted to meet City code requirements.

Well maybe if you used curtains on your windows there would not be a problem. Many in Public housing which, is around that area don't. Others just use bed sheets, some also know what black out curtains are and use them.
