Code Enforcement has told the homeowner what will be required to be compliant. Some of the issues noted in the original complaint aren’t issues that are required.

The home is secure so there shouldn’t be vagrant issue in the residence. Code Enforcement didn’t note any fire hazards. Additionally it isn’t a Code Violation to have a vacant residence as is the case in some other communities.
