Description

this is a business located at 650 knowlton street appears to be storing barrels along with the slew of garbage and there has been a strong smell coming from the garbage. as in previous complaints they continue to neglect the removal of trash which is adjacent to my backyard which we have been unable to enjoy our outside area fully due to the smell. we have rodents chewing through and coming underneath the fence (as shown in the pictures) from the business address indicated above. they will empty one of the garbage dumpsters and keep the other one full and continue to fill it over capacity and then it is over flowing onto the ground. this is becoming a unbearable. this is how the property was left over this past weekend. I will take pictures at the end of the day to show how it looks at the end of a business day.
