Description

Trees on vacant lot touching wires on my property. This has been reported to the city for many of years. DTE is states if I have a power outage related to trees on wire, I would have to pay. Trees on both sides of me are not my trees. A city employee came out years ago and said the trees are no mine. I shouldn't have to pay for something that's not mine.
