The Head Start garden services on 1270 93rd St, blow all the street garbage that was abandoned and spread out on the side walk to one side of the walkside and street across 9310 A st, Oakland. ca. and left it there. they did not bother to pick it up and dispose of it. We have a lot of dumping problems on this location due to the Head Start site, since it looks abandoned. I call the site contact to partner as a team and come with a solution. The Head Start contact did not bother, she said she has a lot on her plate. Is there anyone that can get me in contact with the Head Start Facilities Management that would be interested in working with the neighborhood to find solutions to the dumping in his location?
