This home has been under construction since 2010. According to the Appraiser's Office this construction has been permitted and was shown 10% completed in 2010, 20% 2012, and 30% 2016. Right now it sets needing plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, finishing, exterior siding, gutters, windows, garage door, drive way. How many years can a permitted run? I read the permit was good for 180 days. Please enforce the permit. 8 years is too long to was this effort.
