At 5:30 pm today 2 men sat at the table next to us at Ninfas on Navigation. One was carrying a small dog and sat down at the table with the dog in his lap. Staff knew them. He put the dog on the floor under the table where the dog staid. No lease. This was indoors in the main dining room. This was no service dog.
