There are few things going on at 3530 Haines Rd.
1. There is Waste Management like truck parked on the side yard. Big one.
2. Tenant's machinery is all over the front yard - big waste department one on the side, his car and pick up truck on the front plus trailer and cherry picker lift.
3. A week or so ago he brought few truckloads of dirt, dumped it on the front yard and after a few days he tried to level it. Dirt now goes right from the street down to the front yard, it covers about 1/2, 2/3 of his front yard and there is a 10 inch step between old and new level of the front yard. Also he rimmed water or sewage opening and is now at lest 5 inches deep.
4. I guess he works for a tree cutting company and sometimes there are branches all over the yard for days.
