Yes I see this same issue trying to use service to MTC after 4!!!

Please stop allowing the drivers to rudely leave us at stops just because they are late, impatient, not having a good day during normal and peak times. Some drivers are being very unprofessional and I will write numbers down and turn them in if need be. I've been in customer service for 16 years and they can do so much better with driving and customer service.

A few people sit at the bus shelters hiding inside it like the bus driver is supposed to see them at the last second & slam on their breaks & throw everyone out their seats that's not going to happen Ari or when it's late at night & the bus stop is pitch black dark we all have have cell phones with a light on it just use it & you will never be left at a bus stop again.

I don't ever expect that. If they see me, they should stop. I uitilize the bus app and Google maps to get around and have been since 2005. I lot of these drivers know of me and my character. However, what I stated had nothing to do with your response.

Also don't expect everyone to have a cell phone or it be powered to be utilized. I however, catch the bus late at night at times and know to flash my light at stops that don't provide good lighting. I was finally advised to do this. Some patrons don't even know to wave a bus by if they don't need it!

Thanks for your comments. Schedule adjustment is a continuous process and we are constantly evaluating the actual running times. We can set up time adjustments about three times per year and if your route(s) have not yet been adjusted, they should be sometime shortly.

Again at stop 1220 the driver did not even bother to pull over and stop - this is becoming a frequent problem - on top of that there myst be serious problems when the wait to even sleak wirh a service rep is over 10 callers which majes it roughly about a 15+ min wait- the route 1 and 34 still are not synced and when they do hapoen to meet usually the driver of the 34 going west does not have rhe consideration to stop and or wait for the unusual 5-8 patrons to get to the "stop" -we are usually within the designsted 40' - about 30 seconds away - REALLY THIS IS GETTING OUT OF CONTROL - No need to blame the patrons for the busses not being synced approprately to meet other routes the blame is on those who HARTLINE hired to implement MISSION MAX -oh, thsts right ftom what I hear the switch was such a disaster many dont even get paychecks from HARTLINE because they have been releived of their positions - and neatly a year later still tweeking the tputes? Sad really sad
