The functional classification of Montgomery Rd near US 1 is a Minor Collector. This type of roadway is designed to connect local roads to one or more major collectors or higher classified roadways like US 1 where commercial trucks commonly use. In addition, the intersection at US 1 at Montgomery Rd is in active industrial/commercial zoning. For these reasons truck restriction doesn’t warrant at this location at this time.
