This property has apparently gone from being a single family home to a rental property with multiple tenants. Since it's been a rental, the trash barrel is often uncovered or insufficiently secured, so that by morning animals have strewn garbage around, and neither the tenants nor the landlord pick it up. It appears the landlord is somewhat absentee. A side issue is there are now several cars associated with the property, making driving and parking on this narrow dead-end street even more difficult than before.
