I wake up this morning to go to work and find that someone decided that the middle of the street was a good place to relieve themselves! I called the maintenance division and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for a street sweeper and was denied. This is getting out of hand in Vallejo with the homeless and their disregard for their surroundings! It has to stop! Why should i being a taxpaying citizen have to go out on a public street and clean up someone else human waste! Well thats exactly what i did! I turned on the fire hydrant across from the pile of feces and let it run full blast for 5 minutes! And thats after the pile being run over and spread have way down the street! This city needs to get a grip on this homeless problem! Out of control!
