Description

The photo shows the "red" light lit. It's more orange than red to me, and also for some reason this traffic light is four high and yet the "red" is not the top light but one down, and the top light never seems to do anything... is it for advance green?

The result of this is that for a partially or completely colour-blind person, it would be an easily made mistake to run a red light thinking that it is a yellow/amber. I almost did this at Queen and Kingston road myself.

I think that this is a suboptimal design which will inevitably lead to accidents; red should always be on top... specialty lights advance green can go at the bottom. Thank you.
