I can confirm this, and mostly likely from heavy vehicles stopping abruptly at the light. It might need a more permanently repair this time, with a new base or sub base installed. I usually avoid the intersection and take Grays Wood Blvd instead of Carnegie Dr to reach N Atherton St.
