Description

various materials, items, clothing, containers, bikes, pillows, boxes, furniture line the entry to the tube going into Alameda behind the Salvation army and are spilling into the street. The garbage is being dragged by vehicles into the tube and causing a hazard. This are and the tube BOTH need to be cleaned up.
