Kids use the alleys because the sidewalks are an issue. Only one street of all these row homes was ever fixed. You can't walk down the street!! They shouldn't have to walk IN the street.
The alleys are a MESS

it is unsafe to walk, on both sides, and unsafe for kids to bike.
And the alley 8 is horrible, has overgrown trees and weeds impeaching the alley. Also, there are so many pot holes, driving down it is an obstacle course. Kids play back in this area, and again it is dangerous for them to bike.

I spoke with Ms. Adams directly and forwarded her to the following departments:
Rodent Issues: Eva 410-222-1897
Vegetation Issue in Alley: Northern Road Operations 410-222-6120
Sidewalks: Infrastructure Management 410-222-7973
The Traffic Engineering Division performed the necessary studies for W Hilltop Road and it was determined that it does not qualify for speed humps. I referred Ms. Adams to speak with Blake at Infrastructure Management regarding the sidewalk and curbing issue.
