Neighbors residing at this address have always parked in front of this hydrant and are upset when ticketed (and sadly feel that they should be able to park anywhere they want, i.e., in front of a hydrant, handicapped ramp, etc).

This week they and friends of theirs removed the hydrant and turned it around. Their thinking is, they can now park there and not get ticketed...their words to several of us neighbors.

The hydrant is not only facing the wrong way, but it wasn't even properly put back in the ground.

I hope this issue can be addressed, and the hydrant replaced. Thank you.
