I went on the airbnb site, and there is no mention of over night, but it does mention weekly. To comply with code, it must be solicited for 30 days or better. So there is a problem with the advertisement. Example, Monthly or 30 day rental suggestion...would work to comply with code

The code is 30 day minimum and only 3 times per year. Monthly rentals 6 months or less require a transient license and additional taxes paid to Dept. of Revenue. At least 7 months lease avoids the problems which in turn stabilizes neighborhoods.
