Description
There are two fences, one 1834 NW Polk Street and the other is 1825 NW Polk Street. Both fences have Vines and bushes growing on them. They are taller than the fences and very dense. When a person wants to travel North, you cannot see oncoming traffic coming either from East or West on NW Proctor Street. It will cause an accident at some point. Last year, I asked about this same problem and it was taken care of. Could it PLEASE be addressed before someone gets hurt?

I will note that vines and bushes do not fall under the Property Maintenance Code. At times they may be addressed by streets or forestry if they intrude into streets or alleys.

I will refer to traffic to see if they violate any sight restrictions.
