Description

There is a No Right Turn sign on Red on Springfield Road at Britton Road. Basically, there is a lane for right turns but because of the sign you can't turn. The driver ends up sitting waiting for a green light when there isn't any traffic around. Previously, you were able to turn right. Why it changed, I don't know!! 9/15/2010 The problem is on the opposite side of Springfield Road from where the flag is noted
