We have a very overgrown drainage culvert along the street by our house that we don’t have the proper equipment to mow down. Is this the kind of job the city will do twice a year on request?

I’m also interested to know if the city ever installs rock in these drainage ditches to keep them under control better – I see some of the neighbors have that but not sure if they did it on their own or need permission to do so.
