Is this the Valentine House Apartments? I went by yesterday, I saw one dumpster ( brown) at the time it was not overflowing. Is there another dumpster on the premises?

It was just emptied on Wednesday, and yes its the Valentine house. If you come by and see it today, it is already overflowing and there is garbage on the ground. It wont be emptied again until next Wed.
