Description

Homeless encampment on the sidewalk of 29th Ave near the intersection of Ford St. The homeless people have built a large structure from wood and cardboard boxes that is blocking the sidewalk. There is garbage and other debris blocking the sidewalk. There are also shopping carts and furniture blocking the sidewalk. Residents are afraid and avoid this area.
