Description

For about 2.5 weeks there has been a few homeless people camped on the marshland side of Meadows Blvd near the intersection of Meadows and Mokelumne Dr. The trash/garbage around the perimeter that they camp at has also increase because of them. It's starting to make this area look like a dump and a haven for homeless people.

So far I've seen two white or latino males and one black male frequent the area. The white/latino males ride bikes and are the ones that usually bring the trash/junk. The black male seems to be the one that is camped there. The camp is under a tree just off to the side of the road where ground slopes down. There are a lot of children and women that use this area for jogging and bike riding and I feel that this is a safety concern as their intentions are unknown. This is also the first time in 30+ years of living in this neighborhood that I've seen this and it is a very unsightly scene. Please remove this camp, people, and garbage from this area.
