Description
An abandoned RV currently occupied by homeless heroin junkies has illegally dumped tons of material - junk, human wastes. There is enough material that it’s currently blocking the egress of the sidewalk. In addition, the amount of trash is capable of lighting near by structures on fire (auto repair shop, industrial warehousing)
