Description

The left turn light on Raeford road southbound at Louise street cycles on until cars approach in the southbound lane. It stops traffic northbound across all northbound lanes when there are no cars in the southbound left turn lane. There is no street to the left at Louise st when you are traveling south. This light can only be used for u turn and should either be permissive flashing or stay red until cars are in the lane for u turn. This is a second report of this issue.
