This motorcycle has not moved for months. It has NEVER moved for street sweeping. I also don't think it's registered correctly for the ability to park on that side of the street throughout the week. I am asking everyone to call to get this motorcycle ticketed and towed.

well...just found out that Parking Enforcement is "not allowed to lift or remove a vehicle cover." Had to call MPD which came & although still in violation of the 9:30-11:30 streetsweeping since it was approx. 11:00, the MPD officer said she wasn't going to ticket it because "she didn't want to". WOW!!!!!!! She was going to find out who the owner is & contact them. She said maybe they didn't know they were in violation. WOW!?

p.s. the previous "closed" comment was because a nearby vehicle was in fact ticketed for the same streetsweeping violation.,NOT the motorcycle!

So I guess the bottom line is: whether someone gets charged with an offense of the law completely depends on the mood of the officer...didn't know that about DC law......
