I would like someone to look into adding a red flashing left turn signal to the Northbound side of POP turning onto New Waugh Chapel Rd. There is not a lot of traffic during the day & waiting for the entire cycle of the traffic lights can be quite long. It is very easy to see the southbound cars coming so accidents shouldnt be a problem

This intersection is operated with protected left turns (left arrow indications) on Piney Orchard Pkwy. Unfortunately, we cannot run a steady red left arrow this direction and a flashing red left arrow in the opposite direction as it poses a significant safety concern.
