NEIGHBOR IS REQUESTING FOR THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WTO BE CUT IN FRONT OF 1405 DENT STREET. THE OVERGROWTH IS BLOCKING VIEW OF ONCOMING TRAFFIC WHEN COMING OUT OF THEIR DRIVEWAY.
