Description

The sidewalk cafe recently setup at Prasino has no permit visible and has a number of apparent violations:
1. Fences enclose fire hydrant
2. Fences too close to street
3. Insufficient quantity of planters on the fence
4. Lack of potted shrubs as required for patios this size
